Lisa Holman serves as Chief Executive Officer of Bentley Legacy Holdings, overseeing the company’s hotel management operations under Bentley Legacy Group as well as the family’s broader real estate investment portfolio. In this role, she sets strategic direction across acquisitions, asset management, and capital sourcing, while guiding the management company’s operational and investor relations functions.
Ms. Holman has been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. Prior to joining Bentley Legacy, she was the Vice President of Feasibility and Planning for Aimbridge Hospitality where she was responsible for all financial modeling, proforma projections, market analysis, valuations and cash flow projections for both hotel acquisitions and new development projects. Prior to joining Aimbridge, Ms. Holman was the Director of Operations for R. Workens Company, a hospitality capital project and construction management firm. She was responsible for scheduling and coordinating the execution of construction/renovation projects.
Ms. Holman holds a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Denver.
